I decided to make a website to post anything I wanted. I saw a video on YouTube about it and thought it sounded really fun. If you want to know more about me there is an about me page. I also have a page where I've posted quizzes I found on other sites and a page for links that I'll keep adding to. I want to make pages for my various crafts projects and maybe one to talk about stuff I'm a fan of. I'm thinking of adding a page where I literally just list the karaoke songs that get sang at the bar every night (or at least the nights I remember to keep track of them lol). Maybe make them into a playlist or something.
This is best viewed in a browser on your computer, it will be a little difficult to navigate on mobile.
I don't know much about coding. I took some classes in college and learned some Java back then that I don't really remember. I also copy/pasted plenty of HTML and CSS as a teenager. Learning the basics of HTML and some CSS was fun so I've been doing a beginner JavaScript course online as well. It's kinda taken my focus but I think it is helping me with programming in general. I may redesign some of the way I have the site here to make it a little easier to update.
After I learned the basics of Javascript I started messing with making a kind of text game/adventure thing. It's honestly not very good but it works and I'm kinda proud of it. I have a lot of ideas for it but I'm mostly working on getting basic functions of it working right. I'll make a page for it here when it's in a more complete state.
